If requested by Tournament officials, I agree to submit to a polygraph examination and abide by said decision. I also agree to obey all contest rules and agree to accept all decisions of contest officials. 1. All Contestants must submit to polygraph test if requested by tournament officials, and abide by said decision.
2. State and Federal minimum restrictions apply.
3. No contestants may enter weigh-in line with more than five (5) fish.
4. Fish will be measured with mouth closed on a flat board using a standard measure.
5. Entry fee (based on 2-man team) must be paid prior to fishing on Saturday, October 6, 2007.
6. Early team entry fee is $120.00; on-site entry fee is $130.00.
  Entry fee includes $10.00 Big Bass Pot.
7. Mail entry to ESA St. Jude Bass Tournament, 7012 Twin Ponds, Plano, TX  75074.  Must be postmarked by Sept. 29, 2007.
8. Deadline for entry is 7:30am, Saturday, October 6, 2007.
9. Fishing hours are from 6:30am to 2:30pm. Weigh-in opens at 2:00pm and closes at 3:00pm.
10. Only black bass, Kentucky spotted bass, and small mouth bass will be weighed.
11. Fishing only on Lake Texoma.
12. All fish must be caught on artificial bait (no Trolling or live bait).
13. Contestants must register at headquarters before fishing.
14. All decisions of tournament officials will be final.
15. Any protest must be presented in writing ten (10) minutes after weigh-in.
16. No iced, frozen, or dead fish will be weighed.
17. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are permitted during Tournament hours.
18. Each contestant must wear a personal flotation device at any time the boat is on plane.
19. Contestants sixteen (16) years of age or younger must have signed parental consent form and be accompanied by a duly authorized adult.
20. All persons in the boat must be entered in the tournament.
21. Contestants may fish from boat only.
22. Contestants may launch from anywhere on lake as long as they report to tournament headquarters for registration.
23. All ties will be broken by flip of coin. Loser will be dropped one place in standing.
24. ESA reserves the right to refuse entry to any contestant of a questionable nature.
25. Official clock will be at tournament headquarters.
26. All fish will become the property of ESA for live release back into Lake Texoma.
27. No fishing within one hundred (100) feet of another anchored or tied boat.
28. Contestants may not start before 6:30am, but may be on the water before 6:30am.
29. Anyone guiding on Lake Texoma in the last twelve (12) months may not enter this tournament.
30. Tournament will be held regardless of weather.
